2 DEFF organisation Denmark’s Electronic Research Library (DEFF) founded in 1997 DEFF is a co-operation organisation for Danish research libraries The target group (researchers, teachers, and students) are primarily serviced directly through the institutions that participate in DEFF The overall objective is to ensure an optimal exploitation of the institution’s research- based information resources

3 DEFF organisation DEFF is funded by –Ministry of Education –Ministry of Culture –Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation DEFF on the National Budget from 2003 with funding of 17 mil. DKK a year (2,3 mil. Euro)
