A Romantic Vegetarian Dinner
Ingredients for Vegetarian Pasta and Toasted Garlic Bread
Cut zucchini into bite-size pieces.
Sauté zucchini until slightly browned. Add diced tomatoes and mushrooms. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add water, pasta and pasta sauce.
Bring to a boil for 1 minute. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
The finished dish: Vegetarian Pasta with zucchini, mushrooms and diced tomatoes.
For Toasted Garlic Bread, slice French loaf. Coat both sides of each slice with butter and dusting of garlic powder.
Cook at 300 degrees for 5 minutes. Flip slices and cook for another 5 minutes.
Ingredients for Classic Fudge
Place chocolate squares and sweetened condensed milk in a microwavable bowl. Cook on high for 2 minutes.
Stir. Cook for 10 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until all chocolate is melted and smooth. Add vanilla.
Spread into an 8 inch pan lined with tinfoil. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Cut into squares and enjoy!
