Staff Evaluation Philosophy An evaluation tool is an avenue to help our employees grow in their position by providing feedback on their strengths and areas of improvement. If there are areas of improvement it will provide the supervisor and employee the opportunity to discuss needed supports to help the employee grow. Evaluation Tool Development Department leadership teams have reviewed and updated job descriptions for their department. Based on the updated job descriptions they are helping to develop the tool for their department. Final review of the tool will be completed by the department directors and district office administrators. The evaluation tool will go to the Board for information in early summer and be implemented across all support staff areas for the school year.
