 Mirrors is a unisex salon  Company started in 2008  There are currently 10 employees: 4 expert stylists, 4 novice stylists and 2 attendants.  Mirrors produces and sells their own line of hair styling products for their customers. Summary: Business Background

 Mirrors is currently using a paper based process to maintain records.  A more efficient automated information system to record sales, manage inventory and manage financials is needed.  A vehicle to increase sales by making customer information more accessible to stylists and attendants. Summary: Business Need

 The system will be used to record customer information.  The system should be user friendly in all respects.  Inventory, sales and accounting reports will be kept in an automated information system. Summary: Business Requirements
