Our ELM common vision “Culture kaleidoscope” It interpretation ELM motto: “In every turn of a kaleidoscope we can see new reflections of two cultures Russia and Finland in the kaleidoscope’s mirrors»

The first theme of our culture kaleidoscope “The Golden age of culture”. The Russian and Finnish culture of the 19 th century. There were a lot of famous people and important events in the history of our countries. Subject areas: History, Literature, Languages, Music, Art, Science Students age: years old Languages: English, Russian, Finnish

FL-RU team cooperation method : Russian and Finnish teams will work on the same theme and later we will exchange the information. Partners’ roles: The students will create some materials for the project under their teachers’ control. Communication of the team members: The MOODLE platform, s, Skype, personal meeting Benefits: A possibility to use shared materials, an opportunity to have more versatile education, an enhancement of educational level, an improvement of our computer skills, to give a chance of self- education. Organisation of the ELM development Process

Your satisfaction with the cooperation on this stage: We are satisfied with our work at the first stage. After this two-day workshop we have had the common idea of the project. But it would be better to have the plans of our future workshops in advance to discuss them with the colleagues.

Future steps of your cooperation for the ELM development:  To choose a famous person or event from the 19 th century culture;  Nonofficial visits the schools of the partners to talk about our future steps.
