CCA Middle School Scantron SIP %  The MS math department will undergo extreme make over during the school year.  Next school year, we will integrate math concepts into all content areas  In addition, we are offering a summer remediation math program for students in tier III  We have included additional instructional time during the school day to address areas of deficiency in math (E-3)  Our testing protocol will be revamped with a greater level of administrative oversight  Monthly meetings with administrative team César Chavez Academy District

CCA East Scantron SIP %  Our SIP %’s have increased in both Reading and Math in grades K-5  Scantron results are parallel to our school diagnostics (ie. Study Island, DRA, IXL, Classroom post-tests) Old Ways VS. New Ways… Tiered Computer Lab time (personalizing our data to students’ needs rather than just looking at percentages) Next year we will have a full time Special Ed teacher and Social Worker (Our bottom 30 from Scantron data are special education and behavior students) César Chavez Academy District

CCA Upper ES Scantron SIP %  Overall, students increased in every grade level in both math and reading.  All grades had the highest gains in the schools history Looking ahead……  Assemble a brand new computer lab to offer more flexible scheduling  Provide weekly training for teachers in using Scantron data more efficiently.
