The Protist Kingdom! By: Seamore and Jared! By: Seamore and Jared!

What Are Protists!?! A protist is any of various one-celled organisms or multicellular, classified in the kingdom Protista, that are free-living into simple colonies and that have diverse reproductive and nutritional modes. The amoeba, paramecium, and euglena are some protists.

Reproduction and more! Protists reproduce by dividing or splitting in two. There are three kinds of protists. The protists that act like animals are protozoans. The protists that act like plants are algae. The most odd protist is the euglena. It has chloroplasts but but if there is no sunlight it hunts!

Are You Smarter Than a Protist? Q1: How does a protist reproduce? Q2: What are the three types of protists? Q3: What is a euglena? 1+1= !!! Wait!

Answers! 1. Protists reproduce by dividing or splitting in two. 2. Protozoans, algae, euglenas are the three types. 3. A protist with chloroplasts but when there is no sunlight it hunts!
