Dear Reader, As you can see from my artifacts, my writing style has changed completely since elementary and middle school. I consider myself to have been very creative and open minded at that age. I rarely had trouble coming up with something to write about because of my vivid imagination. Whether if it was designing my own house, writing my own mystery, or creating a survival guide for aliens, the younger me had endless ideas. In middle school, the writing continued but the room for creativity slowly ceased. By eighth grade, the majority of our writing assignments were answers to prompts or research papers, most of mine following the required five paragraph format. Writing, which I had once enjoyed, became boring and redundant. In high school I learned to write a solid paper that was not only informative, but also had style. Learning new concepts such as diction, syntax, and figurative language has helped me perfect my writing into what it is today. Sincerely, Caitlin Click here to listen to my recording!here

Hi, I’m Sammy Sodium, So don’t confuse me with Potassium, My symbol is Na, g/mol is how much I weigh, I was discovered in 1807 you see, When Sir Humphrey Davy first isolated me, In the periodic table, I’m number eleven, Shortly after Nitrogen who’s number seven, I am part of the alkali metal group, So can I get a whoop whoop?
