Expectations for EXCO Inspire a passion towards and commitment to debating Conceptualize and implement a way forward to revitalize the Raffles Debate Academy Programmes beyond RDA U-14s and workshops Empathize with the needs of both experienced and less experienced debaters, and create inclusivity Strengthen ties between Y5-6 debates and Y1-4 debaters in RI & RGS
