Criterion A : Investigate INVESTIGATION Explain the problem Discuss the importance of the problem Research business brochures/magazines : a)What are the different sports gears used by students? b)What do design of the gear and the magazine look like ? c)How should a business brochure/magazine by laid out ? Evaluate your sources- how useful are these sources and how accurate are they ? Give a detailed description of the conditions, requirements and restrictions there are for producing your chosen business brochure/magazine

Criterion B : Design DESIGN Find interesting designs based on your product Draw 3 different designs. Evaluate all the designs. For each design say what are the weaknesses and strengths. Chose 1 of the designs to be your final creation and say why you chose this one.

Criterion C : Planning PLANNING Make a Gantt chart to show how you intend to use your time for the creation of your brochure/magazine. Critically evaluate your plan-judge the quality of the time plan. When you have critically evaluated your plan you may decide that you have to modify your design in some way. Justify any modifications made to your design.

Criterion D : Create CREATE Make the brochure/magazine. Justify any modifications to the designs you have made whilst you have been creating your product. Produce a process journal for the creation of the product. After each stamped piece of work include :  A written explanation of them process you took in creating the product  The tools you used and for what.

Criterion E : Evaluate EVALUATE Evaluate your performance during criteria A,B,C and D – what did you do well and what did you do badly? Suggest 2 improvements for each criterion. Evaluate the success of the business document. Evaluate the impact of your business document on the society. Explain how your business document could be improved.
