Ernie's taco truck employee training system

Honor code The first and foremost rule that all employees need to know is honesty. They must always be respectful to the customer. And remember the customer is always right.

Employee duties Each and every employee must have their own responsibility in the morning on the weekdays. After, you will check in with your id in the kitchen area. The restaurant opens at 9:30 in the morning, and closes at 10 o’clock pm.

Background information In order to work in Ernie’s tacos your background information must include some experience in cooking, or being a waiter. You cannot have a criminal background in your past, or be accused of felony.

The Waiter make sure you visit your table once every 5 minutes. Also be prepared to refill a drink or pick up when their done. We want as much people in and out. This also has to do with the honor code.

The Cook After hours you will need to clean up your area. And when you arrive make sure to get you utensils and food ready to cook. Treat all of your dishes wit care, and respect.

The cashier In order to be one of our cashiers you must treat the customer wit respect. You must give the customer his/ or her money back if ordered to.
