2 Intro to the School of Business Students start out as Business Foundation Student (BFO) Once foundation requirements are completed you are allowed to declare a business major All BFO students are given a deadline that they must meet or else they will be asked to declare a major outside of business

3 Foundation Requirements Econ 210 and 211 ACCT 203 and 204 Math to Calculus (Pre-calculus and calculus are required) UNIV 111, 112, and Natural/Physical Science 1 Social/Behavioral Science 1 Humanities/Fine Arts 12 Credits of General Electives 12 Credits of Non-Business Electives 3 Credits Business and/or Non-business electives (varies by major) Total 63 credits

4 Moving to the Advanced Program Minimum requirements –Must have completed 54 credit hours –Calculus (MGMT 212 or MATH 200) –ECON 210 and 211 –ACCT 203 and 204 –UNIV 111, 112, 200 –A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50 Your advisor will give you a deadline of when these requirements must be met  If you fail to meet your deadline, you will be asked to chose a major outside of the School of Business  You cannot graduate as BFO student
