Firesides - IN-Indianapolis Chapter Local Leadership Obtain permission to hold the event in a church building Invite a Stake to host the event and provide input Invite neighboring Stakes to attend Chapter member conducts, with the host Stake President presiding

Firesides - IN-Indianapolis Chapter Date/Location Confirm the date and location Reserve the building with the Stake Building Rep Coordinate with other auxiliaries, if there is a conflict Rotate location between Stakes

Firesides - IN-Indianapolis Chapter Speaker Request two or three speakers using the “Speakers Bureau Request Form” Confirm the speaker Contact speaker to discuss topic, audience, venue

Firesides - IN-Indianapolis Chapter Publicity Poster Allow BYU Alumni Office to create the poster – for branding Send to Stake and Ward leaders - include fireside details and poster attachment Mail out hard copies of the poster and additional fliers and dates to announcement Send out Broadcast to ALL Alumni Other Media Post on BYU Chapter Facebook

Firesides - IN-Indianapolis Chapter Hotel or Host Accommodations - determine speaker preferences – hotel or host family Travel – to/from airport Meals Special needs for presentation – i.e. projector, laptop
