2015 GPRA REPORT UPDATES

CRS V15.0 GPRA DEVELOPMENTAL REPORT UPDATES These are all developmental, non-GPRA measures New measures added to Hepatitis C Screening to provide information on patients with a confirmation test of positive, negative, and no result New topic of Optometry will be added New measure for active clinical patients 18+ with primary open- angle glaucoma who had an optic nerve head evaluation This logic uses a standardized measure from the National Quality Forum: NQF 0086 defined in the above bullet

CRS V15.0 GPRA DEVELOPMENTAL REPORT UPDATES, CONT. In the Developmental Adult Immunization topic, Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine (PCV13) codes were removed and this measure counts only Pneumococcal Polysaccharide (PPSV23) Note: The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) now recommends both PCV13 and PPSV23 for adults 65+ in a specific order. The HIS measure owner is still evaluation the new guidelines and the HIS GPRA measure. The 2015 GPRA measure can be met with either the PCV13 or PPSV23 vaccine; there are jo changes to the GPRA measure now.
