Size Pugs are a toy dog breed. They weigh from 14 to 18 pounds (6 to eight kilograms) they stand to 10 to 14 inches (25 to 36 centimeters) tall.
Body Pugs are short, strong dogs. Short, black or fawn fur covers their bodes. Pugs have flat faces covered with wrinkles. A short tail curves over their back.
Life cycle Female pugs have small litters of two to five puppies. Puppies open their eyes with in three weeks. Puppies are ready to leave their mom at 8 to 12 weeks. Most pugs live from 13 to fifteen years.
Care Pugs need fresh food and water every day. Walks even give them exercise. Pugs have thick fur and should be brushed daily. owners must also clean dirt out of their pugs wrinkles.
FUN FACTS Pugs are known for being brave, friendly, and funny. Pugs originally came from china about 2,500 years ago. Pugs often snort, grunt, and snore.
