Program Handbook Requirements/Monitoring Work Requirement: Parents and staff are provided with policies and procedures that are easy to read, understandable, and brief. Process: 1. Work in program teams to identify if all policies and procedures are in place. 2. Each team will need at least 2 Policies and Procedure handouts (1 for IISD and 1 for your program). 3. Review all program materials for each of the 19 policies listed on the Policies and Procedures handout: a. For each policy indicate if it is complete, needs revision or you do not have; b. Indicate the number of the policy on a post it tab and mark your materials with the tab for easy identification. 4. Leave completed Policies and Procedure handout and marked materials for IISD. Next Steps: 1. IISD will review and contact programs that have policies and procedures that need revision or are not complete and provide an identified timeframe to submit. 2. Complete any policies or procedures that need revision or are not in place and submit to IISD within timeframe identified.
