 Commenced Friday 4 November.  103 reviewers, from all IUCN Constituents, form the Technical Review Team.  Each one will review between 15 and 20 proposals, according to their language and technical skills.  Each proposal will be reviewed by three reviewers.  The review process is based on the list of criteria and process approved by CPC in April  Technical review continues till 16 Nov
