Commenced Friday 4 November. 103 reviewers, from all IUCN Constituents, form the Technical Review Team. Each one will review between 15 and 20 proposals, according to their language and technical skills. Each proposal will be reviewed by three reviewers. The review process is based on the list of criteria and process approved by CPC in April Technical review continues till 16 Nov
