The Financial Aid Committee has assessed at least the financial aid report for more than one-third of the membership. Over the past four reporting cycles, an average of 15 schools per cycle have triggered a Level I review for the first time. 29

Sanctioned Schools To date, 60 schools, have been sanctioned for financial aid violations found through the Financial Aid Reporting Program. – 14 percent of the Division III membership. – One-third of the 180 schools to trigger a Level I Review. – 43 percent of the 140 schools reviewed at Level II. 41
