Electronic Portfolios Continued… We will be continuing to work on our electronic portfolios today. The URL to the home page is due by December 11th via to

How am I going to grade your Electronic Portfolio? Required Pages (10 points): index page, resume page, philosophy page, a personal page, a coursework page, links to projects you have completed, and Accomplished Practices page (for educators). Navigation (5 points): your links (internal, external, and links) work and it is easy to navigate through your site. At the very minimum, there should be a link to your home page from every other page. Principles of Design: (5 points) - Does it look professional? Contrast (Is it easy for me to read your text?) Repetition (color scheme, font, page layout, etc.) Alignment (Does the alignment make sense? Is it similar throughout?) Proximity (Are things spaced out properly - not too far apart or too close together?).

Office Hours for Next Week - I have scheduled extra office hours next week to provide additional help on your portfolios as needed. I will be here in this lab on Monday from 1-3 pm and Tuesday from 2-4 pm. -David will have office hours next Tuesday from 11-1, so you can come see him as well. -Feel free to ask the CIRCA people for help if you get stuck. Also, remember that the Architecture Computer Lab has Macs and is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

You all have been a wonderful group of students to work with and I have enjoyed not only teaching you, but watching you make significant progress in using technology. You should be very proud of yourselves! Good luck with the rest of the semester and with your college careers. That said, please continue working on your portfolios and I will be around to help you…(I will be showing you how to upload the last 5 minutes of lab!) Great Job!
