Academic-Eligibility Requirements Division - I To Receive an Athletics Scholarship and be able to Compete during your First Year: Graduate From High School (in 8 semesters) Earn a minimum Grade Point Average of 2.3 in the 16 required core courses (more on this in a moment) Earn a combined SAT or ACT sum score that matches your core course GPA and test score sliding scale

Academic-Eligibility Requirements Division – I 16 Core Courses 4 years of English 3 years of math (Algebra 1 or higher) 2 years of natural or physical science(including one year of lab science if offered by your high school) 1 extra year of English, math, or natural or physical science 2 years of social science 4 years of extra core courses (from any category above, or foreign language, comparative religion or philosophy)

Academic-Eligibility Requirements Division – I Core Courses 10 of the 16 core courses must be completed prior to 7 th semester (start of senior year) of high school 7 of those 10 core courses must be in English, math, and natural/physical science All 10 of those core courses must be used in calculating the core GPA

Academic-Eligibility Requirements Division - I To Receive an Athletics Scholarship and be able to Practice during your First Year: Graduate From High School (in 8 semesters) Earn a minimum Grade Point Average of 2.0 in the 16 required core courses Earn a combined SAT or ACT sum score that matches your core course GPA and test score sliding scale Must pass 9 semester or 8 quarter hours in 1 st term to be allowed to continue practice
