The purpose of the training session: in-depth knowledge and skills in the management of pregnant women and women in labor at physiological delivery in primary care and at home. Developing the ability to assess, analyze the situation, choosing tactics, diagnosis, and emergency care during the labor, rational transport under physiological childbirth and the postpartum period at the primary level.

Learning outcomes GPs should be aware of: know the mechanism of labor. The generic way, and the fruit as an object of birth Biomechanism birthing positions of flexion of the fetus

Learning outcomes GPs should be able to: Determine the period of delivery Provide emergency care, depending on the stage of labor. Methods of protection of the perineum at birth of the fetus. Active management of III stage of labor. Assess the condition of the fetus Produce the first toilet newborn. Develop criteria for the period and method of transporting women in labor and childbirth

Interdisciplinary communication and Intra The teaching of this subject is based on the knowledge of students of anatomy, topographic anatomy, basic obstetrics passed a 4th year, and a further study of them in where needed knowledge to develop the method of delivery in pregnant women. The results obtained in the course of training knowledge will be used in traversing emergency other clinical disciplines, as well as in the further study of such topics as their "Postpartum", "threatening the fetus" and other disciplines.
