Ideas for PMI. (Feel free to modify these to suit your context) Egyptians: Everyone should have the option to mummify their pets All homes should look like pyramids We are governed by a Pharaoh Early man: Shops are closed, you now have to become a hunter/gatherer You have to make your clothes yourself

General: (Most of the feedback was for general topics) Everyone has a laptop in the class We could go to space for a school trip You can only buy locally produced products in the shops All children must walk to school You have just won the lottery New leisure centre being built will take up half of the play park Local train station is closing

Everyone must live in the town (or country) The summer is going to be very hot and dry Healthy break is being made compulsory There will be a power cut all next week You have to collect all your water from a well The council is going to charge you every time you flush the toilet Law states trees must no longer be cut down Your house must be completely run by renewable energy

School uniform is no longer compulsory All homes should be heated by solar power No more land is made available for building on Children should have 1 hour of PE every day No more homework You set up a circus Children under 11 are not allowed a mobile School starts at 8am and runs to 2pm You move to live in a lighthouse

Less Realistic ideas: (but still good for discussion) You can eat chocolate whenever you want The council stops emptying the bins Countries stop trading products Milk is replaced by coke Coke freely available to all pupils at break time Homework must be completed on computer Holidays have been shortened (or lengthened) Government introduce a minimum pocket money allowance

Principal has asked the pupils to come with the school rules It hasn’t rained for a whole year Teachers are no longer used in schools What if we didn’t have traffic lights School runs from Monday to Saturday You have a birthday everyday You are no longer allowed to use electricity Humans hibernate Fish can live on land
