Which is the fifth planet from the sun ? What is the position of the Earth? Which planet is after the Sun? Earth?

Answer Jupiter is the fifth planet of the Earth. The position of the Earth is third from the Sun. Uranus is the planet after Sturn.

Students will read the passage silently and complete the interview I can see the Olympus Mon. It is clearly the largest volcano on Mars. This is huge. Almost 25 kilometers tall and 600 kilometers wide. Mars also has several similar volcanoes, many craters, and a huge valley system that is 4,500 kilometers long and in places 7kilometers deep. Mars looks red because its surface is covered with red dusty soil. Mars is a small world with about half the diameter of the world. It has a thin atmosphere and liquid water on its surface. Students will read the passage silently and completed the interview in section C

Pair work Student share the answer in pair

Students share the answer in pair Olympus Mon Mars city

I will ask following questions What is Mars? What is Olympus Mon? How is the atmosphere on Mars? What is the diameter of Mars?

Possible answer Mars is one of the planets of the Solar System. Olympus Mon is the largest volcano on Mars. The atmosphere on Mars is thin. The diametre of the Mars is half that of the Earth.

Student will discuss the following picture in pair.

Home work Imagine that you are the leader of a team going on an expedition to live on Mars. Make a list of the things your team members might need while in Mars. Explain why they would need those things.

Thank you my dear student see you again tomorrow
