About TeacherTube Launched March 6 th 2007 Created by a teacher, Jason Smith. His impetus, “Why can’t teachers, students and schools utilize the power of the read/write web for learning?”

Users are encouraged to flag inappropriate videos TeacherTube Staff review flagged sites and remove inappropriate content
