Background  Only 57% of households earning less than $25,000 own at least one computer  In 2010, the poverty rate was 24.2% for Texas and 37.6% for DISD  In 2010, 10 DISD high schools were under the federal rating

School Contract Each school must provide wireless internet for their students. The firewall is left open for the schools to decide. A one-year repair warranty would be provided.
