3 Operating Environment The Good News: Chapter formation at DAU Regional Centers –Chapters recently formed at Mid-Atlantic and Mid-West Campuses Corporate sponsor program alive and well –Currently a total of 12 online Cooperative Agreement with PMI working; plus Coop Agreements with ESI Intl and RMSP Membership continuing to grow –Healthy relationship with DAU faculty and staff (PMT 401, etc.) –Hot Topic Forums every 2 months in Coordination with John Hickok and DAU Knowledge Mgmt Team DAU Research Paper Competition (see next slide) Financial viability continues The Challenges: Continue to attract participation from outside DAU Continue to provide member value (low cost, value-added events) Committee & BoD participation: We can use your personal support
