JEREMIAH 29:1-10 GET YOUR BIBLES OUT AND LET'S READ THESE SCRIPTURES VS 1-4—NEBUCHADNEZZAR HAD CARRIED THE JEWS FROM JERUSALEM TO BABYLON VS 5- GOD TELLS JEREMIAH TO TELL THE PEOPLE TO SETTLE IN, HAVE A RIGHT ATTITUDE AND DEAL WITH THE HARDSHIP AND PRAY FOR PEACE VS 8-10—FALSE PROPHETS WERE TELLING THE PEOPLE IT WAS GOING TO BE AN EASY AND SHORT CAPTIVITY---BUT IT WAS GOING TO BE HARD AND LAST 70 YEARS BUT HE WOULD NOT FORGET THEM
