Description The Boston Intercollegiate Latin American Network (BILAN) is a group that works to build communication and cooperation between various Boston Latino student organizations. In April, 2007, BILAN hosted its 2nd annual conference at Northeastern University. The conference consisted of workshops, speakers, icebreakers, and a cultural performance. It was a group effort. Up to 7 student organizations worked collectively during the span of 4 months to create the conference.
