Can Find the: Time lags to CO 2 and H 2 O Spikes in records.

Steps to find the Inductance 1.) use cospectra of wT, wCO2 and wH2O 2.) take data under ideal conditions (fluxes should be large) to get fully developed cospectra: the inductance is a system property and should not depend on environmental factors. 3.) create several 30 min cospectra and average them (use Specmean.exe): often 10 Cospetra are used to average. 4.) then determine the appropriate inductance Inductance Method to correct high frequency losses (Eugster, W and Senn, W, 1995, A Cospetral correction model for measurements of turbulent NO2 flux, Boundary-Layer-Meteorology 74, ) Used to calculate mean spectra of any kind from the output files

Eddy Flux Conversion of raw data into physical data; Calculation of average and variances; Coordinate rotations (2 or 3 rotations); Filter low and/or high frequencies Detrending of the time series Uses a linear detrending algorithm to avoid low frequency losses – Gash, J.H.C. & Gulf, A. D. 1996); Calculate the time lags – It could use a specific time lag or default values when the program could not calculate it – specially at low fluxes Calculate the fluxes for CO 2, H 2 O and Heat;

Aditional calculations and corrections Stationarity test following Foken & Wichuria (1996); Webb Correction: considers the influences of density fluctuations (to LI7500) (Weeb et. Al. 1980); Footprint calculation according to Schuepp et. al. (1990); Correction of CO 2 and H 2 O fluxes according to Eugster & Senn (1995); Integral turbulence characteristics according to Foken & Wichura (1996); Calculate the non-stationarity of data.
