Texas STaR Chart Analysis Teaching and Learning These section deals with how often teachers and students use technology, how they use that technology and if they use it across all subject areas to provide learning opportunities to every student. Key Area Teaching and Learning (TL) 1112 Educator Preparation & Development (EP) Leadership, Administration, & Instructional Support (L) Infrastructure for Technology (INF) Even though there has been improvement in many areas, it is imperative that certain areas be addressed in order to meet state mandates and requirements. -Campus needs to improve on the implementation of technology goals and objectives. -Campus equipment, software, and computers are still limited and internet connectivity is available. -Campus personnel needs training in order to incorporate more technology in the classrooms. Teachers need professional development in technology literacy.
