HOMEROOM ADVISEMENT CLASS OF 2017 REGISTRATION2-1-16

Purple Registration Form – Due TODAY Please take our your Purple Registration Form and turn in to your Homeroom Advisor. Make sure you turn in a completed registration form:  4 Core Academic Courses (Don’t forget your 4 th Science)  Elective Courses – Fill in ALL boxes  Parent Signature – Turn in even without  Student Signature – That’s you!! – Make sure to include your in case there are any questions.  AP / Honors Course Agreements – if you are signing up for an AP or Honors Course  Pink – Petition for Course Change – if you are requesting a higher level course than recommended If you don’t turn in a registration form, we will select your courses for you!! Keep the white folder – turn in ONLY the purple registration form with stapled Honors Agreement and Course Change form (if applicable)

You can still graduate with only 1 Pathway – but 2 are recommended

REMINDERS: If you still have questions about your registration form or if your advisement appointment with Mrs. Barrow is scheduled for the next 2 weeks, GO AHEAD and turn in your purple registration form TODAY. We will pull your registration form and will review it when you have your appointment. If you have completed a Counseling Appointment Request and have not been called yet – DON’T WORRY – Mrs. Barrow will call you soon. Please staple the PINK Course Change Form and the AP / Honors Agreement to your PURPLE registration form. If you write in an AP course on your registration form that was not already listed – you will not get this course without the PINK Course Change Form. GO FOR IT – you are ENCOURAGED to challenge yourself with higher level courses if you are willing to work hard!! If you plan to take MOWR classes at the College – leave the high school courses on your registration form and write in MOWR in the elective boxes at the bottom. We will change your schedule AFTER you have been accepted into the college and have registered for your college classes.
