Programming objectives Helping adolescents and young adults develop healthy relationships and sexual decision making skills. Helping adolescents and young adults develop healthy relationships and sexual decision making skills. –This is achieved by providing services to community professionals as well as direct services to youth and their parents through regional HDFS extension faculty and community partnerships.
