Barceló Specialist, is one of the sections you can find in BPartner Club. This area was created to provide full information about our hotels though an online course, where you will find updated information about the facilities, room types or services offered at Barceló Hotels. 1. What is Barceló Specialist?

Once you have entered in your private area in BPartner Club ( using your user and password), you just have to click on “Barceló Specialist”. Here you will find two different options: 1.“Take a course”: You must click here to complete a course of one of our hotels. 2.“View a courses”: Used when you have already completed a course but you need to check some information about that specific hotel/course. 2. How does it work?

By entering “Take a course” you will access to a list of all the courses we have available In BPartner listed by the country where the hotels are located. To start taking a course, you just have to click on the name of the hotel you are interested in and the presentation will start. 3. Take a course!

4. B Specialist and get extra points. During the course you will provided with all kind of information about the hotel selected, facilities, room types, entertaiment, gastronomy, all the services the hotel offers to the clients during their stay. It is the best way to learn everything about our hotel and what´s more: YOU WILL RECEIVE 5 PERKS IN YOUR ACCOUNT!. You will just need to answer correctly 10 easy questions at the end of the presentation and the extra points will be yours.
