The form is due February 12. Please send a noteif if you need more time or if something comes up. All-Star Behavior Report Reminder All Star reports serve as a form of communication between parents & myself on students behavior each day, & serve as a way to keep track of students monthly behavior. Students will be rewarded each month for receiving 15 or more green/blue/purple/pink stars. Therefore, it is important that parents look for these reports in students blue folders EVERY DAY, then Sign & return the reports each night. By signing & returning the behavior form, you are verifying that you have seen it. Students who do not return their SIGNED blue folder report, Clip down on the behavior chart.... The 100 th Day of School is Wednesday. The students are encouraged to come to school dressed as their 100 year old self. It will be a fun day of activities based on the number 100!
