JESUS CLEANSES A LEPER Mark 1:40-45

The Leper His Disease Leprosy was a painful, dreadful disease; with a social stigma. His Demeanor He came to Jesus, knelt, and begged for help. His Request “If You are willing, You can make me clean.”

The Lord’s Response He was moved with compassion. He stretched out His hand. He touched him. He healed him.

The Lord’s Instruction Say nothing to anyone. Show yourself to the priest. Offer the sacrifice Moses commanded.

Application

To Us We are sick, unclean with sin. We must come to Jesus. We must approach Jesus with humility. We must ask in faith, believing Jesus is willing.
