Begin by clicking on the “New” icon.

Dr. S. M. Condren Next, click on each amino acid in the sequence. The sequence will appear in the circled box.

Dr. S. M. Condren Now, click somewhere on the green screen to display the tripeptide

Dr. S. M. Condren To add another amino acid, click on the clear button.

Dr. S. M. Condren Note that the sequence is now cleared and you are ready to add more amino acids.

Dr. S. M. Condren Now click on the next amino acid in the sequence and it should appear in the sequence window.

Dr. S. M. Condren Now click on the yellow “free-valence” to add the new amino acid.
