Flight Circuit Includes Leap Frog & Vaulting practices

STATION ONE LEAP FROG over pupils Experiment with;- different heights. - different shapes of flight. - practise and gain confidence. Run through cards from pervious lesson Safety;- Weight to be placed on the top of shoulders or base of the back. NEVER in the middle1

STATION TWO BARS - Leap through bars, holding onto the top bar and swinging legs through the gap. -Experiment with; - different types of flight - different body shapes Use your imagination. Safety;- Make sure you lift your legs high enough to clear the bottom bar and get a firm grip of the bar to swing from.2

STATION THREE BOX -Run up to box, with hands touching apparatus before any other body part. -Dismount experimenting with; - different types of flight - different body shapes Use your imagination. Safety;- Make sure you lift your legs high enough to clear the box.3

STATION FOUR BENCH VAULTING - Leap frog the bench.
