About us  Founded in May 2006, self-dependent from March 2007  Regional groups: Brno, Praha, Plzeň, Hradec Králové, Olomouc  190 members

General change New function - group coordinator from August 2008  professional worker - free of disease  any time available  without physical and psychical stress

What has improved What has improved  Continual, faster and easier interchange of information between regional groups  Cut-down of members (patients) paper work  Well-arranged and actual websites, wider content of patient journal  Regular leaflets with new information  Office with fixed working hours  More time spent with leaders of regional groups  New designe of published material

What more we wish What more we wish  Increase the number of members  Reach out more patients with multiple myeloma (non-members)  Offer psychological and emotional support to the patients and their relatives  Get more partners for support of patient activities
