Project Goals: to advocate and influence government for opening up a new jobs for the young people living in mostly rural areas of the country. Project Design Principles: to achieve any support from government and from decision makers with the aim to have their attention to the youth, and get youth to join and obtain possible benefits from this cooperation. Project Cycle Conceptualization- Somebody could be started to implement what we are doing now, but we initiated and combined all stakeholders resources and formulated strong Coalition which serves and advocates for the young people interests. Implementation- started in capital Baku and we are going to work in several regions of the Country. We organized Steering Committee from coalition Member organizations’ and they all have their responsibilities.
