Example  A visit to a Video Store in 2009 revealed the following  New releases such as the Dark Knight seemed to be all rented out. These charged the most rental and took up the most space.  Classic movies –such as the original Star Wars and James Bond had a few copies, but were frequently rented. Shelf space was considerable, given how old they are.  World Cinema had a separate shelf. These films were heavily recommended and growing, but had low rental  The last shelf had films at the lowest rental cost – these were sequels and were not often chosen.
