Value Message: Small Utilities Satisfaction and Value of AWWA  A majority of small utility members (52%) believe the value of their membership is equal to the cost.  Satisfaction with AWWA is based more on the AWWA experience. Their satisfaction level is lowest among all utility members.  Small utility members are more likely to believe the value of AWWA is equally based on AWWA and the Section (41%).  About 6 in 10 small utility members (61%) believe that AWWA is an indispensable part of their career. This is the lowest percentage compared to medium or large utility members.
