Question was asked by Pilate Pilate tried to be neutral Pilate’s dilemma  Jesus was innocent  He wanted the favor of the people “Pilate saith unto them, What shall I do then with Jesus which is called Christ? They all say unto him, Let him be crucified.” When Pilate saw that he could prevail nothing, but that rather a tumult was made, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, I am innocent of the blood of this just person: see ye to it. Matt. 27:24

What Shall I Do With Jesus…?  Compromise Him like Pilate?  Betray Him like Judas? (Matt. 26:47-49)  Deny Him like Peter? (Matt. 26:34)  Forsake Him as the disciples? (Matt. 26:56)  Give Him up for riches? (Matt. 19:16-22)  Crucify like the Jews and Romans?
