What is M&E? M & E are process of collecting and analyzing information in order to assess the effectiveness of the training program M & E are process of collecting and analyzing information in order to assess the effectiveness of the training program

Why we need to conduct M & E activities for the training? M & E activities are conducted to improve the quality of the training and to determine whether the participants have acquired the knowledge, skills and attitude necessary to do their jobs. The results of M& E are also used to plan future training program. M & E activities are conducted to improve the quality of the training and to determine whether the participants have acquired the knowledge, skills and attitude necessary to do their jobs.
