Format of final exam Multiple choice 80 questions (1 point each) Covering chapters 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15.1, 16, 18.3, and 19.3 Matching (IDs) 20 questions (1 point each= 20 points) Key terms from only chapters 15.1, 16, 18.3 and 19.3 Short answer 2 questions (10 points each= 20 points) Answer on the booklet provided. Answer each of the questions with 2-4 sentences.
Final exam Period 6 may start final at 8:00 am Period 5 will have until 12:30 pm
Format of final exam Long essay 1 question (30 points) Answer on the booklet provided. Answer each of the essay question in at least 3 paragraphs. Ms. Girbal will pick (at random) one from the two questions on the studyguide. The selection will be made at the beginning of the Final Exam period.
Essay #1 1. Pick three NEW DEAL programs (AAA, NRA, CCC, WPA, PWA, TVA) and explain what they did and how they addressed the problems created by the Great Depression.
Essay #2 2. How was President Kennedy's foreign policy consistent with the United States' Cold War goal of containing communism?
