Models of Secondary Public School Athletic Programs Reflecting Effective Implementation of Title IX

Reaching the Promise Land Parents and Students interests and increasing participation in a multitude of varied sports – Driving Goal (never gender quotas or proportionality)

Positive correlation between students participation in athletics and activities and academic achievement
