OPERATIONS MANAGER 1.Account Manager/CSR submit LOI to Enrollment Solutions Department 2.LOI is used to enter info on group in FFSolutions, creating the plan year “opportunity” 3.Operations Manager (Pat) creates a URL to the Employee Benefit Center in FFSolutions creating a LIVE site 4.An is sent out to team including Account Manager & CSR notifying that the site is ready to customize
CSR/ADMIN 1.CSR/Admin review Employee Benefit Center for accuracy. LOI must be accurate. Any product, account or contact changes needed on site must be reflected on LOI and resent to ESD. 2.CSR/Admin sends brochures, forms, & any other requested files to Marketing (Summer) to host online. 3.Marketing Hosts file & sends CSR/Admin URL. 4.CSR/Admin adds link to FFSolutions to display on site. CSR/Admin Maintains Site
ACCOUNT MANAGER 1.CSR/Admin notifies Account Manager the site is Customized & ready for review. Account Manager uses Checklist to review site ALL INFORMATION HAS TO BE ACURATE, THE ACCOUNT MANAGER WILL SIGN OFF ON CHECK LIST AFTER AFIRMING ALL INFORMATION IS COMPLETE & ACCURATE 2.With the Account Manager’s final sign off, the CSR/Admin notifies Marketing that the site is complete. Old Phase I sites are redirected to new site. 3.Account Manager/CSR/Admin sends communication to group announcing new site and features.
