i Cook TU Delft APELDOORN 1 Part 1 The Objective & The “I Cook TU Delft ” Project APELDOORN 1 Speaker: Brian Roshid Baldassarre

We want more friends from different culture. We want to try and learn varies of dishes in different countries.

But how

To meet people and learn how to cook new dishes from all over the world.

You just saw this poster and feel that it’s the right time for you to become the chef of the day!

You download the recipe page template from delftulip.ning.com/icook-it, print it and fill it in, writing the name of the dish, the country of origin, all the necessary ingredients to prepare it and of course your name and contact. When you are done come back here and attach the recipe page to this poster.

TEMPLATE

EXAMPLE

Whoever sees the recipe and it is interested can sign up for the cooking lesson by writing his name and contact next to one or more of the ingredients on the list, which he will have to bring.

You periodically check the list. When all the ingredients have been taken you contact all the people that have subscribed in order to arrange the practical stuff such as date and location. Make sure to have drinks too!

Now you can prepare the dish while teaching to the other people all the secret tips to make it just perfect.

You consume the wonderful meal with your new friends with great joy and pleasure!

You take off the poster the recipe page and bring it to the Survival Café, where it is collected into the TUDelft iCook-Book, a book of international recipes that builds up with time for the benefit of whoever wants to look it up at any time!
