Regional Housing Needs Determination -2-  Executive Board releases preliminary RHND allocation to Bay Area jurisdictions. (Second Release-- February 1, 2000)  Start of 90 day review/ revision feedback period (February 1 thru April 28, 2000)  Executive Board meets to discuss the RHND methodology and subsequent allocations of need.
