MISSION STATEMENT Satisfy our customers with our wonderful cupcakes. That our customers will buy our Christmas cupcakes for their friends and family and other teachers as the perfect holiday gift.

BUSINESS OBJECTIVE Our objective is to reach $10 dollars at the end of the 7 days of Frosty’s.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Frosty’s is an amazing place to relax and enjoy the adventure of our cupcakes. We sell amazing, magical cupcakes, these cupcakes will be decorated with icing. We will be selling red velvet cupcakes. The cupcakes will also have Christmas themed decorations. Our customers are the students of Rise Kohyang Middle School, as well as the teachers. Teachers and students wil be coming back for our delicious cupcake during lunch break.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES At Frosty’s, we sell red velvet, vanilla and chocolate cupcakes. They will be topped with any Christmas themed decoration(s) you choose. There’s many decorations you can add. You can add rings, sprinkles and little star toppings, for a reasonable price! Customers will have no trouble coming back for more of our special cupcakes. At Frosty’s customers will have no trouble with our excellent and sanitary services. At Frosty’s, we price our cupcakes at $1.25 with frosting and decorations. The rings are only $0.25 more. If you to add more decorations, it is $0.25 more. Frosty’s is not the only cupcake business, but we have the upper-hand because of our experiences in selling and the fact that our cupcakes are magical. We also have a customized cupcake experience. These cupcakes are a great Christmas pick-me-up or as a sweet reminder of the festive holidays.

MARKETING PLAN: MARKET SHARE AND PIE SHARE Our company, Frosty’s has a very competitive market share of 63% of the dessert companies. The demand for desserts are high. Many people will buy a cup of hot cocoa. Many people will buy cookie, or candy canes. Our cupcakes will do just the thing.

MARKETING PLAN: BARRIERS, CUSTOMERS Our barriers as a bakery is making sure our cupcakes are fresh and taste amazing. The setup for the cupcakes is time-consuming and the overall booth set up. We overcome these barriers is by splitting up the cupcake baking between the four of us. That way, no one is left out and no one has to bake an insane amount of cupcakes. We are also going to assign two of us to work 30 minutes afterschool to help us accomplish our objective.

OPERATIONAL PLAN: DAILY OPERATION, PERSONNEL At the 6 th and 7 th lunch, Orlane and Sidnei will be selling cupcakes. At the 8 th grade lunch, Aariana and Leslie will also be selling cupcakes

OPERATIONAL PLAN: INVENTORY Cupcakes Icing Sprinkles Ring pops Candy

MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS: POSITIONS AND SCHEDULE

FINANCIAL PLAN At Frosty’s, we have set our goals of money to make, which is $100 or more by the end of the week. To make sure that each day we keep building towards our goal, we have decided to make about $20 dollars or more each day of sales. Our manager, Aariana Smith, has a paper that helps us keep track of the total money we made during days in the week. We also have graph in class that can also shows us where we’re at in sales.
