Glynis Bawden - Freshman Earned a junior varsity award. Competed in the 1600m Outlook: Break 6:20 for the 1600m.

Jessica Beam - Freshman Earned a junior varsity award. Conference Championships: Competed in the 3200m. Also competed in the 1600m. Top 10 List: 10 th in the 3200m Outlook: District Qualifier in the 1600m and 3200m.

Muriah Carlson - Freshman Earned her first Varsity letter. Conference Championships: Competed in the shot put and discus. District Championships: Competed in the discus Outlook: Top 10 lists in the shot put and discus.

Alea Carr - Freshman Earned a junior varsity award. Conference Championships: Competed in the 100m Hurdles. Also competed in the 100m, 200m and long jump Outlook: District qualifier in the 100m Hurdles.

Tenaya Davis - Freshman Earned her first Varsity letter. Conference Championships: Competed in the 100m and 200m. Also competed in the 400m and all three relays Outlook: Top 10 lists in the 100m and 200m.

Josh Denison - Freshman Earned his first Varsity letter. Conference Championships: Competed in the 800m. District Championships: Member of the 4x400m team. State Championships: Member of the 4x400m team Outlook: Sub 2:10 in the 800m.

Brenna Eldredge - Freshman Earned her first Varsity letter. Conference Championships: Conference Champion in the 3200m. 4 th place in the 1600m. District Championships: 4 th place in the 3200m. Also competed in the 1600m. State Championships: 13 th place in the 3200m. School record in the 3000m and part of the school record Distance Medley Relay team. Top 10 lists: 4 th in the 3200m and 6 th in the 1600m Outlook: Make the podium at state.

Sam Hill - Freshman Earned a junior varsity award. Competed in the 100m, 200m, long jump and triple jump Outlook: Conference Qualifier. Event still to be determined.

Jamie Huie - Freshman Earned a junior varsity award. Conference Championships: Competed in the Long Jump. Also competed in the 100m, 200m and 4x100m relay 2009 Outlook: District qualifier in the Long Jump.

Evan Kavanaugh - Freshman Earned his first Varsity letter. Conference Championships: Competed in the 200m. Also competed in the 100m, 400m and 4x400m. Part of the school record Sprint Medley Relay team Outlook: Stay healthy and make top 10 lists in the 100m, 200m and 400m.

Chad Linnerooth - Freshman Earned his first Varsity letter. Conference Championships: Competed in the 1600m. Also competed in the 800m and 4x400m Outlook: Sub 4:50 and District Qualifier in the 1600m.

Erik Mahowald - Freshman Earned a junior varsity award. Competed in the 800m and 4x400m relay Outlook: Sub 2:30 and maybe a 1600m or two.

Jacob Mutch - Freshman Earned a junior varsity award. Competed in the 800m, 1600m and 4x Outlook: Sub 2:30 and sub 6:00.

Hanna Paradis - Freshman Earned a junior varsity award. Main events were the 100m and 200m. Also competed in the 400m, 4x100m, 4x200m and long jump Outlook: Conference Qualifier in an event.

Sydney Smith - Freshman Earned her first Varsity letter. Conference Championships: 7 th place in the 400m and 3 rd place in the 4x400m. District Championships: Competed in the 400m and 4x400m. Also competed in the 100m, 200m and 4x200m Outlook: District qualifier and top 10 list in the 400m.

Grace Stocker - Freshman Earned a junior varsity award. Competed in the 100m, 200m, long jump and 4x100m Outlook: Stay healthy enough to be a Conference Qualifier.

Cara Strodel - Freshman Earned her first Varsity letter. Conference Championships: 3 rd place in the 1600m, 4 th place in the 800m and 3 rd place in the 4x400m. District Championships: 4 th place in the 1600, 8 th place in the 4x400m and competed in the 800m. State Championships: 8 th place in the 1600m. Top 10 lists: 3 rd place in the 1600m, 4 th place in the 800m and 8 th place in the 3200m. Power List: Tied 17 th. Freshmen record in the 1600m. Part of the school record Distance Medley Relay team Outlook: Make a run at the school record in the 1600m.

Jennie Wetli - Freshman Earned her first Varsity letter. Conference Championships: Competed in the shot put and discus Outlook: Make the top 10 list in the shot put.

Missy Dowd - Sophomore Earned her second Varsity letter. Conference Championships: 3 rd place in the 3200m and 8 th place in the 1600m. District Championships: 6 th place in the 3200m and competed in the 1600m. Top 10 Lists: 2 nd place in the 3200m, 5 th place in the 1600m and 10 th place in the 800m. Freshman record in the 3200m. Part of the school record Distance Medley Relay team. Power List: Tied 20 th place Outlook: Return trip to state and a school record in the 3200m.

Tyler Erickson - Sophomore Earned his second Varsity letter. Conference Championships:4 th place in the 4x400m and 7 th place in the 400m. District Championships: 4 th place in the 4x400m and 8 th place in the 400m. State Championships: Competed on the 4x400m team. School record in the 4x400m. Part of the school record in the Sprint Medley Relay team. Sophomore record in the 400m. Still freshman record in the 400m. Top 10 lists: 6 th place in the 400m and 10 th place in the 200m Outlook: Make the podium at state in the 4x400m.

Hernan Farias - Sophomore Earned his first Varsity letter. Conference Championships: 6 th place in the 300m Hurdles. Competed in the 110m HH. Part of the 4x400m relay team. District Championships: 4 th place in the 4x400m. Competed in the 300m H and 110m HH. State Championships: Member of the 4x400m team. School record in the 4x400m. Part of the school record Sprint Medley Relay team. Sophomore record in the 300m Hurdles. Top 10 lists: 3 rd in the 300m Hurldes and 4 th in the 110m HH Outlook: Make the podium at state in the 4x400m.

Michael Fratzke - Sophomore Earned a junior varsity award. Competed in the 100m and 200m Outlook: More sprinting and maybe some throwing.

Mike Govier - Sophomore Earned his first Varsity letter. Conference Championships: 7 th place in the shot put and 7 th place in the discus. District Championships: Competed in the discus and shot put. Top 10 Lists: 7 th place in the discus, 8 th place in the shot put and 10 th place with the new javelin Outlook: District placer in the shot put and discus.

Ashton Griffen - Sophomore Earned her first Varsity letter. Conference Championships: Competed in the pole vault. District Championships: 8 th place in the pole vault. Also competed in the sprints, long jump, relays and javelin. Top 10 Lists: 4 th place in the pole vault and 6 th place with the new javelin Outlook: Get healthy and qualify for Districts in more than one event.

Keenan Haack - Sophomore Earned a junior varsity award. Competed in the 100m, 200m and shot put Outlook: More sprinting and throwing.

Tanner Haistings - Sophomore Earned a junior varsity award. Competed in the 800m, 1600m and 4x400m Outlook: Get closer to sub 5:00 for 1600m.

Clay Hammontree - Sophomore Earned his second Varsity letter. Conference Championships: 4 th place in the 4x400m and competed in the 800m. District Championships: 4 th place in the 4x400m. State Championships: Competed on the 4x400m team. School record in the 4x400m. Top 10 Lists: 8 th place in the 800m and 10 th place in the 400m Outlook: Make the podium at state.

Robby Harjo - Sophomore Earned his first Varsity letter. Conference Championships: Competed in the triple jump and long jump. District Championships: Competed in the triple jump and long jump Outlook: Top 10 list in the triple jump.

Jackson Pleis - Sophomore Earned his second Varsity letter. Conference Championships: 4 th place in the triple jump, 5 th place in the high jump and 7 th place in the long jump. District Championships: 4 th place in the triple jump, 5 th place in the long jump and 6 th place in the high jump. State Championships: 5 th place in the triple jump, 8 th place in the long jump and competed in the high jump. Sophomore record in the long jump and triple jump. Still freshman records in the long jump and high jump. Top 10 lists: 3 rd place in the high jump, 3 rd place in the high jump, 3 rd place in the triple jump, 4 th with the new javelin, 9 th place in the 110m HH, 9 th with the javelin. Gabby Rouleau - Sophomore Earned her second Varsity letter. Conference Championships: Competed in the high jump. District Championships: Competed in the high jump. Also competed in the 100m, 200m and long jump. Top 10 Lists: Tied 9 th place in the high jump Outlook: District placer in the high jump.

Tyler Skelton - Sophomore Earned a junior varsity award. Conference Championships: Competed in the shot put. Also competed in the discus and 100m Outlook – District qualifier in the shot put.

Nick van Veen - Sophomore Earned his second Varsity letter. Conference Championships: Competed in the 300m Hurdles and 110m HH. District Championships: Competed in the 110m HH. Sophomore record in the 110m HH. Top 10 Lists: 3 rd place in the 110m HH and 6 th place in the 300m Hurdles Outlook: Conference placer in both hurdles.

Taylor Werner - Sophomore Earned her second Varsity letter. Conference Championships: 3 rd place in the 4x400m and 6 th place in the 800m. District Championships: 8 th place in the 4x400m and competed in the 800m. Part of the school record Distance Medley Relay team. Top 10 Lists: 5 th place in the 800m Outlook: Entry in the Pasco Invite as an individual.

Jeremiah Bell - Junior Earned his first Varsity letter. Conference Championships: 5 th place in the javelin. District Championships: 5 th place in the javelin. Also competed in the sprints and 4x400m. Top 10 List: 3 rd place with new javelin and 6 th place on overall javelin list. Junior record with the new javelin Outlook: State qualifier in the javelin.

Katie Bunker - Junior Earned her first Varsity letter. Conference Championships: 6 th place in the 3200m and 7 th place in the 1600m. District Championships: Competed in the 1600m and 3200m. Top 10 Lists: 6 th place in the 3200m and 7 th place in the 1600m Outlook: District placer in the 1600m and 3200m.

Adam Candland - Junior Earned his second Varsity letter. Conference Championships: 3 rd place in the 400m, 4 th place in the 100m and 4 th place in the 4x400m. District Championships: 3 rd place in the 400m and 4 th place in the 4x400m. State Championships: 9 th place in the 400m and 13 th place in the 4x400m. School record in the 400m and 4x400m. Part of the school record Sprint Medley Relay team. Junior record in the 400m. Top 10 Lists: 1 st place in the 400m, tied 4 th in the 100m, tied 4 th in the 200m and 7 th place in the 800m. Power List: 7 th place 2009 Outlook: Podium in two events at state.

Ned Flynn - Junior Earned his second Varsity letter. Conference Championships: Conference Champion in the Pole Vault. District Championships: District Champion in the pole vault. State Championships: 13 th place in the Pole V. School record in the Pole Vault. All-time lists: 1 st place in the Pole V. and 5 th place with the new javelin Outlook: Make the State meet podium.

Sam Grady - Junior Earned his first Varsity letter. Conference Championships: Competed in the 1600m and 3200m. District Championships: Competed in the 3200m Outlook: Make the top 10 list in the 1600m and 3200m.

Shelby Hudson - Junior Earned a junior varsity award. Competed in the 100m and long jump Outlook: Stay healthy to do more sprinting and jumping.

Erin Kearney - Junior Earned her third Varsity letter. Conference Championships: 3 rd place in the 4x400m, 7 th place in the Long Jump and competed in the 400m and 800m. Districts Championships: 8 th place in the 4x400m and competed in the 400m and long jump. Still holds the school, sophomore and freshman record at 800m. Still holds the freshman record at 400m. Top 10 lists: 1 st place at 800m, 2 nd place at 1600m, 3 rd place at 400m, 5 th place at 3200m, 8 th place in the long jump and 9 th place at 200m. Power List: 1 st place Outlook: Maintain that Power List ranking.

Mickala Loeffelbein - Junior Earned a junior varsity award. Conference Championships: Competed in the long jump. Also competed in the 100m. Top 10 Lists: 6 th place in the long jump Outlook: Get healthy and be a district qualifier in the long jump.

Stephanie MacKay - Junior Earned her second Varsity letter. Conference Championships: 7 th place in the 100m and 8 th place in the 200m. District Championships: Competed in the 100m and 200m. Top 10 lists – Tied 9 th in the 100m and 10 th in the 200m Outlook: Place at the District meet.

Zach Rakus - Junior Earned a junior varsity award. Competed in the javelin and 4x400m Outlook: Make the top 10 new javelin list.

Michaela Richter - Junior Earned her first Varsity letter. Conference Championships: Competed in the javelin. District Championships: Competed in the javelin. Also competed in the 100m and 200m Outlook: Conference and District placer in the javelin.

Tristan Slezak - Junior Earned a junior varsity award. Competed in the 100m and 200m Outlook: Keep on improving the p.r.’s.

Freddie Stevens - Junior Earned his second Varsity letter. Conference Championships: 3 rd place in the shot put, 8 th place in the discus and competed in the javelin. District Championships: 5 th place in the shot put and competed in the discus. Top 10 Lists: 3 rd place in the shot put, 4 th place with the new javelin, 6 th place in the discus and 10 th place in the javelin Outlook: Trip to Pasco and a trip to state.

Derek Thompson - Junior Earned his second Varsity letter. Conference Championships: 4 th place in the 4x400m and competed in the 400m. District Championships: Member of the 4x400m team. State Championships: Placed 13 th in the 4x400m Outlook: Make the podium at state.

Daryl Zuniga - Junior Earned a junior varsity award. Conference Championships: Competed in the 3200m. Also competed in the 800m, 1600m and 4x400m Outlook: Top 10 list in the 3200m.

Kelli Quist - Senior Earned her fourth Varsity letter. Conference Championships: 3 rd place in the 300m Hurdles and 3 rd place in the 100m Hurdles. District Championships: 4 th place in the 300m Hurdles and 8 th place in the 100m Hurdles. State Championships: 7 th place in the 300m Hurdles. Senior record in the 200m. Top 10 Lists – 2 nd place in the 300m Hurdles, 3 rd place in the 100m Hurdles, 3 rd place in the 100m, 6 th place in the 200m, 8 th place in the 400m. Power List: 2 nd place Outlook – Bow Down !!!!!
